Pepper joined Simpatico in January 2016. As the head of the Administrative department, she manages the Company’s finances, human resources, and procurement. Before joining Simpatico, Pepper worked in the accounting and procurement field for over 15 years.

Pepper has a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and is obtaining an MBA from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. She lives in Lubbock with her husband and three children.
